Our Mission

The Joseph Battaglia Foundation is dedicated to the victims and families of motor vehicle accidents. It is firmly committed to toughening seatbelt laws nationwide in order to save lives. The Foundation researches and educates the public regarding seatbelt use and safety issues, develops policy recommendations, and raises money for financially impacted families.
